What happens after I subscribe?
After you choose your package, we schedule a kickoff call to learn about your church in detail. From there, we build and deliver your site within weeks — you review, we refine, and then everything goes live.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference and build out the additional services from your current tier.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the initial build, but there are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties on the monthly portion.
Do I own my website?
Yes. While we host and maintain your site as part of the subscription, you own all your content. If you cancel, we'll provide a full export of everything.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, security updates, SSL certificates, backups, uptime monitoring, and support. Higher tiers also include ongoing optimization, strategic guidance, and proactive improvements.
